The Kern family hasn't had a reunion in nearly 2 decades, so there was no question we would be attending, especially since it was held in the great location of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where Heather also has family. We stayed at Grandpa Dale and Grandma Jane's beautiful home and enjoyed time with both of our families.

Heather also enjoyed a nice paved bike ride with her dad and Jane from Harrison to Plummer, along the lake and in the forest. No pics, sorry. And lastly, on one of our last evenings, we visited great uncle Tyke's place to meet his goats. They were pretty cute and didn't know what to think of Kye.
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for a great visit! And thanks to the family that organized the reunion. It was really nice visiting with everyone, and even meeting some family I've never met. :)
